What is the FoodSavr Android alpha?

It is an early access build of FoodSavr on Google Play testing. You get new features before public launch and can share feedback to help improve inventory tracking and meal planning.

Anyone with a Google account can request to join the tester Google Group and opt in to open testing on Play. You must complete both the group and Play opt-in steps to install the test build.

How is this different from the public Play Store app?

Open testing builds may update more often and can include experimental features. Public ratings and reviews may not apply the same way as a full production release. See Google Play’s testing documentation for details.

Where is my data handled?

FoodSavr’s privacy practices are described on the Privacy Policy page at foodsavr.ca/privacy. Use alpha builds at your discretion like any pre-release software.
